The Horizon library system is in use in 30 sites throughout Ireland, 23 of these libraries are Public Libraries. Symphony is installed in 3 Public libraries and 30 special libraries throughout Ireland.

They both use the same technology, but are profiled to have functionality specific to their target markets: Oliver for second level schools and Liberty for third level and corporate libraries.
