More information now available on Support Logs
Following a request at a recent User Group meeting we have made two changes to the support logs area of the website.
In order to make the status of logs clearer the sort order of requests has been changed. When you log into the website and go to the support logs page the sort order of the list presented is
First Sort Status Descending (ie reverse alphabetical order)
Second Sort TickedID Ascending (ie numerical order)
Therefore Reopened logs list first, then Open Logs, then On Hold Logs, then Closed logs.
Is there are multiple logs at the same status they will sub-sort by TickedID in ascending order.
Secondly, we have added a new piece of data to each log. When you click through to look at the detail of a log there is now an additional column to the right of Problem and Resolution headed Last Update. This is the date of the last update to that log entry. If there are multiple entries on a log each will have its own date.
