TAGTEAM converts 3 branches to Rfid for Dublin City

Interleaf TAG Team converts 3 library branches to Rfid technology.

The Interleaf tag Team has been working behind the scenes in several branches of Dublin City Libraries to convert thousands of stock items from barcodes to Rfid tags.

Armed with 3M Rfid tags and conversion stations the Tag Team tagged 40,000 items for the new Pembroks branch. Pembroke is now live on Rfid with a self issue kiosk.

The tag team then moved on to Raheny branch and tagged 50,000 items at a rate of 1,000 items per day.

And now the tag team are working for Rathmines branch and will tag another 50,000 items in this stage of the project.
