RFID rolled out in 6 sites

RFID rolled out in 6 sites

6 libraries have converted their complete collections to RFID tags.

Recently 6 different libraries converted their entire collections to RFID tags and are now operating solely on RFID technology.

Dublin Business School has two separate libraries, both operating solely on RFID.

National College of Ireland, Carlow Institute of Technology, Letterkenny Institute of Technology, Sligo Institute of Technology and Dun-Laoghaire College of Art, Design and Technology all completed their RFID conversions and are now operating solely on RFID technology for circulation, self service and stock management.

All six libraries are using the latest RFID Self Service Kiosk and RFID Detection technology from 3M.

Interleaf Technology supplied all the equipment and RFID tags and managed each of these successful projects.
