Lock my PC Users can lock their PC session if they need to step away for a period. The session time continues to countdown while PC is locked

Charge for PC use Charge for PC use by the minute. Allow refunds or not. Deduct payment automatically from deposit account.
Out of service Mark PCs as out of service to prevent bookings.
Authentication Live SIP authentication against LMS. LDAP and borrower import facilities.
Standard reports Full reporting suite, activity by PC, by Area, by day-of-week. Summary statistics, central statistics.
View History Staff can view history of all sessions filtered by user-id, very useful for disputes
No shows Report on no shows, sessions ended early, ended normally, ended by staff etc
Customised reports Full access to SQL tables for specific customised reports
Ban users Deny users access to sessions by user-id or by library blocks

Areas Define different session per area: Reference 1 hour, Express 15 minutes, Standard 1 hour, parameter driven by library
Recurring reservation e.g. Book all PCs or an area for a training class every Monday at 10:00am
Auto power on/off Save staff time by auto power on and auto power off 5 minutes after library closed.
