
Interleaf have now added the ability to reprint failed SMS notices
Occassionally an SMS notice will fail to deliver, usually because the borrower's phone is switched off or out of range. Interleaf have now added a feature to Horizon that will allow library staff to reprint a failed SMS notice. Available for hold notice and overdue notices, the new feature can be added to the Horizon menu system to allow easy access to the borrower record. The notice will be queued for printing in the next batch of notices.
